Evaluation: High upside scoring wing forward with great size and length, Carter is a late bloomer who really turned the heads of college coaches with his play in June and July heading into his senior year of high school. His size and offensive versatility is a perfect fit for the new age game and, as he adds weight, his shooting should give a college team a lift on the offensive end.
