Evaluation: Big body, well above average athleticism and an expanding floor game make Loveday arguably Ohio’s top overall prospect in the 2020 class, and certainly the tallest prospect at a legit 6’11. Showing the footwork of someone much smaller, Loveday can run up and down the floor effortlessly and is a solid finisher around the rim, especially with his left hand, while also proving capable of knocking down the short corner jumper with soft touch and a high release. Like all young bigs, Loveday needs to add as much weight as possible as quickly as possible, but his instincts as a shotblocker, athleticism and offensive touch make him a monster prospect to keep an eye on as he matures.
