Evaluation: Scoring point guard or combo guard who can create shots for himself at all three levels, Keene is a better shooter then most of his competition at the point guard spot in Ohio’s 2019 class, while also showcasing favorable size and bulk for his age as well. He’s not quite the athlete that some of the other 2019 point guards are, but Keene has a mature feel for the game and a reputation as one of the most pure scorers in his class.
