Evaluation: Raw but super athletic forward with great size, Waller has unbelievable upside as a physically dominant forward with the mobility to cover the entire court. While Waller’s best basketball is still ahead of him as he develops his skill-set, college coaches rave about his physical tools (although they do want to see him continue to improve his motor). Worst case, Waller will be one of Ohio’s most highly recruited 2019 forwards, while best case he could blow up nationally into a high-major prospect based on his talent.
