Evaluation: Young post player with a ton of physical talent, Hayes has a grown man body and is pretty light on his feet considering his size. We haven’t had a ton of opportunity to evaluate Hayes, but his physical tools and ability to make plays on both ends around the rim solidify him as a player to watch in Ohio’s 2023 class heading into a critical junior season.
