Evaluation: Strong and quick point guard with a compact frame, Thurman is a playmaker off the dribble who can create havoc on the defense when he gets his toes into the paint with the ball. Capable of creating a shot for himself or others, Thurman has a really good feel for changing direction and speed to attack, and the competitive mindset to take on the top guards that he faces in high school and on the circuit.
