Evaluation: Tough and heady point guard who can stroke the three-point shot, Effertz has been making an impact on the varsity squat at Iggy since his freshman season. Despite his smaller stature, Effertz is a flat out winner and is unquestionably one of Ohio’s top guards as he can shoot it with range or attack off the dribble to create shots for his teammates.
