Evaluation: Small, speedy point guard who can make plays in the full-court, Gentry is a dual threat who can finish explosively at the rim or make plays for his teammates. While his size is limited, Gentry is a pesk with his on-ball defense and is known for turning defense into offense for easy layups. Not a great shooter but can get to the rim and draw contact and is a willing passer as well. Gentry’s size will be a concern, but he knows how to play and has upside as he continues to grow.
