Evaluation: Higgins is a little ball of dynamite at the point guard position, having won a State Championship with VASJ as a freshman and starred on the State Runner Up team as a sophomore. What Higgins lacks in size he makes up for with speed and toughness, as he’s proven to be someone who can get into the paint, make plays for teammates with the pass, defend the ball and hit open shots.
