Evaluation: Versatile wing who is better with the ball in his hands, Palmer doesn’t do anything great but does pretty much everything well as a slashing guard who can pass the basketball. Has a good feel and understanding for the game, is very efficient as a defender and is a long and developing athlete as well. If Palmer can continue to develop an offensive identity, he has a lot of upside in 2018.
