Evaluation: Small but lightning quick player with pure PG skills. As lethal of a crossover as you will see at the high school level Powell can effortlessly blow by his opponent. Nice shooter with good confidence he also has excellent court vision to get shots for his teammates.
Bottom Line: While scouts have questioned his consistency Manny has the ability to be a game changer with his vision and ability to penetrate into the lane. Small but very talented guard to keep an eye on.
