Evaluation: Both a scorer and a playmaker Carter is able to create his shot off the dribble at will and shoots the ball very well out past the three point line. Quick footer ballhandler can really shake players with his dribble move and penetrate to create looks for teammates as well as himself. Pesky defender that can harass opposing point guards.
Bottom Line: While he hasn’t received as much press as other ’13 Ohio PG’s Carter’s name should be mentioned in the elite category. He is undersized but will still received Division I interest.
