Marqueiz Lawrence

Name: Marqueiz Lawrence

Height: 6’7
Weight: 180

Position: Center

School: Marion-Franklin
Hometown: Columbus, OH

AAU: All-Ohio Varsity
Class: 2013

Evaluation: Intense post player who really runs the court well going both ways. Great shotblocker with length, leaping ability, toughness, and timing. Improving offensive prospect that despite his skinny frame likes to get physical and is capable of finishing around the rim strong and high. Very good rebounder who plays the glass with passion.

Bottom Line: Marqueiz is an up and coming post prospect in Ohio. Has improved exponentially in the last year to the point that he now is effective on the offensive end. If he continues to improve he will move up from a lower level Division I prospect to a potential mid-major plus player.
