Has the potential to be a lockdown defender with his combination of physical tools and tough minded mentality.
Bottom Line: Had a breakout July and is now seeing major Division I interest Blackwell has great versatility and athleticism to play at that level. Needs to maintain a focus on the floor by controlling his emotions but has a very high ceiling.
