Evaluation: Scoring point guard with big time athleticism and the ability to score in the lane at will. Skilled ballhandler with a nasty crossover that can create shots off the dribble for himself or teammates. True PG with good decision making abilities that can use his length and quickness to harass opposing guards on the defensive end. Much improved shooter that is able to consistently hit from three point range off the catch.
Bottom Line: An under the radar Division I prospect Foster should blow up during his senior season. Is receiving some love from colleges including several Mid-Majors and should find a home somewhere with no problem.
Notes: Has re-enrolled at Dayton Jefferson for his senior year after spending his junior season in Lafayette, Louisiana. Before leaving for Louisiana after his sophomore year he was considered one of the top guards in Ohio. Foster will be attending junior college at Vincennes.
