Terry Rozier

24 Aug

Name: Terry Rozier

Height: 6’1
Weight: 180

Position: Point Guard

School: Hargrave Military Academy (VA)
Hometown: Cleveland, OH

AAU: All-Ohio Red
Class: 2012

Evaluation: Pure shooting scoring machine that runs the point spot with lightning quick speed and decision making. A blur in the open court Rozier has great speed and the handle, with crossover, to shake defenders and get in the lane. Once in the lane he is a willing passer but thrives as a scorer who can adjust around big men and score. A big time shooter from deep he has unwavering confidence and plays with a real passion when his jumper is falling. Emerging defender who has great potential in this area with his quickness and IQ. Late bloomer and former under the radar talent has become one of the midwest’s premiere PG recruits.

Bottom Line: After blowing up on the AAU circuit and solidifying himself as a high major target Rozier should be coveted by the finest programs in the midwest. His uptempo style and ability to create offense should determine his fit where he could come in and provide a scoring spark early while eventually learning to take the reigns.

Notes: Rozier is a Louisville commit who will spend a year of prep school at Hargrave before heading to Louisville.
