Evaluation: Elite talent that plays with true heart and toughness at all times Devin takes pride in controlling the glass on both ends of the floor. An increasingly skilled offensive player Devin has go to post moves on the block where he soft touch and great footwork. He has recently added the ability to face up and attack his opponent from the high post or rise up and shoot the jumper with great consistency out to 17 feet. Improving his ballhandling as well to potentially move to the wing Devin is still at his best around the rim where he relentlessly overpowers opponents to get his points and rebounds.
Bottom Line: High major prospect with a non-stop work ethic and motor who is only going to get better and better. While critics will always question his ability to explode off the floor he makes up for it so many other ways that it shouldn’t hold him back.
