Evaluation: Pure shooter and gym rat that has hit countless big time shots at the toughest moments. Excellent footwork and a confident approach allow him to get shots off in very little space, sometimes off a step-back dribble, and his high release benefits him as well. Plays with a high IQ, leading to a lot of open looks by putting himself in the right spots. Solid player in other aspects; defends with toughness using his length, can handle the ball without forcing the issue, and is a better mid-range guy then he gets credit for.
Bottom Line: Every good team needs a deadeye shooter but the fact that Tommy is such as hard worker and great teammate is what college coaches should get sold on. Will play ball collegiately it is just a matter of if it is at the Division II or III level.
