Evaluation: Foster is a smooth scoring guard with a versatile offensive skill-set. He’s capable as a passer, ballhandler, slasher, and doesn’t have bad touch on his jumper. A long and fluid athlete, Foster can influence the game in a variety of ways. We really like his ability to get by his man off the dribble where he can score, and is also underrated as a passer.
Bottom Line: Foster is a big time prospect that just needs time to keep on improving his skills, and to get stronger. As he progresses he should become one of the best in Ohio in 2015, and a definite Division I prospect.
