Evaluation: Manning is the top player in the state of Kentucky in 2012. He’s a do-it-all wing that has really improved his skills to become a true guard. He can shoot the open three, has a great mid-range game and possesses the strength and handle to get to the rim and finish. He is also a willing and talented passer. On the defensive end Manning will be able to guard the two or the three with solid quickness and good strength for a wing.

Bottom Line: Manning has always been respected as a good talent, but there were questions about what position he would play at the next level. He’s answered those questions as he has improved his skills enough to be considered a two guard. He loves to compete and is a high-character guy that will make some mid-major very happy.
